No minors, I'm 1200 years old!! Here to chat with friends and people whose work interests me, and post some of my drawings too. Header is my art, icon is not. I don't care if you use fanart for icons/whatever. Credit is nice. FUCK AI though
Whenever I delete a boilerplate ai collab request promising payment from venture capital funds, I just think of this scene
Après Moi le Déluge has update, starting from the beginning with 14 new pages. you can read it here: apresmoiledeluge.thecomicseries.com/comics/1/#co... New pages the first of every month, stay tuned!
Not sure I have much of an opinion on the SB disk horse beyond: people have got to think for more than five seconds about entering into anything with a contract. I've heard whispers for some time about artists unhappy with the comics fair, but I also fail to see anything in the recent call out that

Every time I see a personal opinion on art/media being touted as a rule it makes me laugh. If someone says "X will ruin an otherwise good piece of work" they're guaranteed to be a fatuous blowhard. I'm a born hater but we have got to admit 99% of this shit is personal preferences.
A preview of @cathartesaurora.bsky.social and my collaborative omegaverse Legend of Galactic Heroes doujin for #mangaichiba2026 ~30k words of prose + ~150 pages of comics of our beautiful antagonistic rarepair 🖤 this was a huge labor (heh) of love and I hope we can meet some fellow LOGH fans too ❤️
Yeah this is one of those reasons I kind of hate the memes of people just drawing someone else's work and saying it's their own. This is an amazing piece and it's become totally divorced from the actual artist who made it. Like... Use a reference not directly copy someone else's art, man.

I can finally show a little preview of the printed edition of The Prince of Nothing & The Lord of Nowhere!! There are several new illustrations + updated art in this version, and it turned out really, really sexy, tbh, thanks to @subvertebra.bsky.social for the excellent formatting! 🖤COMING SOON!!
When I was in the final stretch of the first "serious" long form writing project I did, I sat and wrote 12k words in one sitting. I know I will never achieve such heights again, but sometimes I think it sure would be nice to be able to do that again.
I may be banned from Twitter for a week for being facetious and dramatic about saying a friend's annoying coworker should kill themself, but I promise: it will happen again. Because this isn't the first time. Anyway bsky please make private accounts so I can get banned here too.
@toril.bsky.social I need you to know I just got banned from Twitter for a week for saying your coworker should die.
Threw a song of ice and fire theme party for the premiere of the new show and made an authentic medieval feast inspired by food from the books for some friends. :)
It has enabled me to keep in touch with a wider circle of people I met on what I consider the old school internet, so that's been cool. Most of my online friends originate from an old niche art site, and I remain mutuals to close friends with a lot of people from there and early tumblr!
Has anything great happened in your life because of social media?
Having coworker exposure is one of the most important ways of being a well-rounded human being
I feel like the biggest contributor to this is not socializing with coworkers enough, because let me tell you, nothing will humble you more than coworkers. If you have ever went to a website to look up information on upcoming media, you are the expert hobbyist to coworkers. They do not do that.
Kels told me to draw one of my characters wearing glasses, so I drew six of them instead 🕺🏻
