THE DECISION SHOULD BE MADE BY THE INDIVIDUAL SPORTS, USING SCIENCE AND STATISTICS, NOT BY GOVERNMENT. Why is that so hard to say? Politicians have no problem saying that doctors should make medical decisions, why not let sports federations make sports decisions?
