Milk so aged it could itself be a weapon. '94 President Clinton praises Ukraine’s courageous decision to surrender its nuclear arsenal, pledging full US support for its independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity. He also considers it unlikely that russia would ever attempt to seize Crimea.

BREAKING: WASHINGTON (AP) — Trump puts new Russia sanctions passed by Congress on hold, saying a waiver is in the US national interest.

School music programs should be opening doors for kids. But because of Donald Trump's tariffs, schools are struggling to put instruments in students' hands. Even kids are paying the price for Trump's economic agenda.

This year, federal agents terrorized our streets, killed our neighbors, and detained our children. Minnesotans were changed forever. Michele Tafoya thinks ICE treats kids “really well.” I think ICE should be ripped apart and replaced by a system grounded in dignity and due process.

crazy moment in Minnesota as AG Keith Ellison torches Republican Ron Schutz for accepting donations from fraudsters — and Schutz admits it

Michele Tafoya avoids answering whether she would raise Social Security taxes or raise the retirement age. Peggy Flanagan's response: "I think what you just heard is that Michele Tafoya does not have a plan to protect Social Security."

Flanagan ad says Tafoya "backed his war with its crazy gas prices." In other words, Tafoya supported Trump's war and owns the outcome. Using KSTP hair-splitting standard, Tom Hauser is the real liar for overstating what the ad claims about Tafoya's position on gas prices.

Trump lies: "I won Minnesota 3 times. But they didn't give me the victory. I do great in Minnesota. I call it iron country. Best stuff in the world. They're a very dishonest state. When I lost Minnesota, people in Minnesota cried. I think I'm gonna go there."

I have to say, I'm genuinely fascinated by the construction of Michele Tafoya's video spot today on girls speaking out on trans sports inclusion. It is not a surprise to see here coming back around to this issue, but it's a solid work of emotional sleight of hand. Let's dig in shall we?

I would fucking love it if you all would stop making me come on here and tell you to grow the fuck up. You have to fill in the box next to Klob’s name. I hate her too—probably even more than you do. But DeMuth is worse. If you do not vote for Klob, you are voting against Minnesota.

Still trying to understand how Napster got shut down, but Anthropic is going public and still hasn’t paid us authors yet after stealing our work.

Before he trashed it with the Ilhan Omar search, AG Blanche was quite passionate about DOJ's 60-day rule against "actions that may have an impact on an election," which must "never be countenanced." And that was just a judge-ordered filing in a case indicted more than a year before the election.

The huge public filing that the Motion portends would also violate the Justice Manual,
which prohibits "Actions that May Have an Impact on an Election." Justice Manual § 9-85.500 (emphasis added). "Federal prosecutors and agents may never select the timing of any action,
including investigative steps, criminal charges, or statements, for the purpose of affecting any
election, or for the purpose of giving an advantage or disadvantage to any candidate or political
party." Id. Separately, prior to this case, DOJ followed an "Unwritten 60-Day Rule" summarized as follows:
• Former FBI Director Jim Comey: "[W]e avoid taking any action in the run up to an election, if we can avoid it." DOJ-OIG Report at 17.
• Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch: "[I]n general, the practice has been not to take actions that might have an impact on an election, even if it's not an election case or something like that." Id. at 18.
• Former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates: "To me if it were 90 days off, and you think it has a significant chance of impacting an election, unless there's a reason you need to take that action now you don't do it." Id. at 18.
Departures from these practices should never be countenanced because they risk allowing
prosecutors to impact national elections, but the situation is even worse here where the Special ...
