When healthcare providers closed doors to trans teens, the NY AGO made an order to restore care. The California AGO sued + families are winning anti-discrimination cases in Colorado. When Fenway and Baystate removed gender affirming care for their trans patients, our AGO published a legal advisory?

As attacks from our government on trans healthcare intensify, we're taking action to make sure our voices don't go cold. Join us to send a flurry of emails to the MA Attorney General's office demanding action on Fenway Health's pre-compliance, and submit public comments opposing these regulations.
