Our state government is showing their real priorities with how they treat people asking for change vs the institutions throwing trans kids under the bus.
This is the group of folks who helped arrange the local vigil for Eryka Caldwell and Juniper Blessing a few months ago on the steps of the State House. The plan was to leave it up for a few days, but the cops were pretty much immediately threatening to take it down if it was left unattended.

Massachusetts law forbids providers from withholding care based on gender identity, but Fenway Health ended lifesaving gender-affirming care for 400 young people almost a year ago and so far has gotten away with it. So much for our "progressive" state. Solidarity with the arrested activists.

AG Campbell has a duty to uphold the laws of Massachusetts. Her office has neglected to do that while cowardly institutions like Fenway and Baystate Health flagrantly break MA laws by continuing to deny care to trans youth. These young people are braver than anyone in that office. Solidarity ✊🏻

Markey's primary win was a clear signal that Massachusetts supports trans people but I don't think most cis people realize that even in the deepest blue states like Massachusetts they are cutting back and restricting trans health care.
