When a game studio ships a solid game, it creates TWO valuable products: 1. A solid game. 2. The team that spent years learning how to work together make a game. Because Western studios keep disbanding #2 while development cycles get longer; we will inevitably see less of #1.

I feel at home in the Pacific Northwest and I really think it has to do with whatever also causes the above average suicide rates
