So new apartment applied for. More expensive than my current one but probably the best option in my area. A little more space with an extra room and an attached garage Now I just have to hope they won't give me grief that I haven't told my current complex I'm moving out yet due to the water
So now with discovering my closet is essentially flooded it may have just dawned on me that my renter's insurance may help out with some of the costs I'm going to be having
At least on the plus side, the maintenence guy got here pretty quick. Ended up taking a look at it and knew immedieatly what was wrong and at least it's not a sewage or water pipe break. Still going to need a fair amount of work to fix and who knows when that will happen...
