Just last month, on Sept. 14, he turned 90, on the same day Brad and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary. I will always treasure that he and I shared that date.

My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man.

A weak tornado affected Portchester, Hampshire, just after midnight on 23 October, with a 1.6 km land track. It was associated with heavy showers that moved inland from the Channel, linked to Storm Austen. More details to follow after the analysis has concluded.

This is me. No longer will I put up with people telling me "YoU jUsT hAvEn'T fOuNd ThE rIgHt MaN yEt" or any other variant of that. Believe me, I tried! Didn't work. 🙃 No more forcing myself into a relationship or doing anything just to please others. I feel free.

Now just over the 1,000 day sobriety mark. It's crazy to think that 1,015 days ago on Xmas day 2023 I got drunk for the last time. It had been a horrid day (long story) and I was £80 out of pocket due to expensive taxis. So in my sadness I took to the liqueur and whiskey bottles. (1/5)
