The Coinkite Coldcard hack just now reached me. Devestating stuff. (Side note: It definitely needs more BTCers😎 on here. to achieve parallelism, all the layer activation data goes over the interconnect for every token (fan-out). for 93 layers BF16 that's about 93*7168*2*2 ~2.5MB + some overhead per token RDMA over TB5 is 6-8GB/s which is magnitudes slower than memory (~800GB/s), but latency is negligible

Since my tool supports session to session messaging now, I tried some coordinator/delegation workflow, but couldn't make it work. So far, me working multiple topic based sessions in parallel (multitasking) seems to still work better. Ofc might be my setup, but switching back to multitasking for now.

Moved back to Sublime Text. Really mostly need a code reading and Markdown editing tool these days and VS Code became too overloaded for that. Let's see how it goes! (Also I could not get Zed to click.)

Is there a good entry level podcast or other information source on the philosophy of scrobbles, why to track your listening history, and why that seems to be more successful than e.g. reviewing tracks? I assume the idea is, that it is lower effort and multiple plays means liking some track more?

Ich bin bei der FDP Harburg gerade. Sie lud ein zu: „Wohnraumkrise gemeinsam lösen: Perspektiven für eine zukunftsfähige Baupolitik“. Verstehe vielleicht 35%?! inhaltlich. Ist auch schwer, das alles so auseinander zu dröseln. Land vs. Kommunen, privat vs sozial vs genossenschaftlich, jung vs alt,… .

Setup keeps crashing. Need to reduce complexity. Typical ones: queries not utilizing indices efficiently, services not surviving restarts (e.g. due to broken discovery or ephemeral auth tokens, etc.), limiting bots is limiting legit users, too, and tens of ATproto syncing/backfilling issues.

Was desperately trying to get around Dungeon Crawler Carl because I expected it to be not good. Now my mom gifted it to me, because she bought it for my brother and he didn’t want it. What can I tell you? It isn’t good. Put away after ten pages. Read any other progression fantasy instead!
