50 years old, 6-5 wingspan, you do the math. Inside me there are two dogs, one big and one small. I call that shit Biggie Smalls.

Carney begins his announcement of a new oil pipeline by acknowledging the climate-linked wildfire that came close to levelling the town where he's announcing the new oil pipeline. A flat circle.

Great deal for the Raps. Have to imagine that there is a player option on the 3rd year for Shead's sake but I am quite happy for both him on his new contract and for me because I have Jamal Shead on my team for the next couple of years.

Toronto Raptors guard Jamal Shead has agreed to a three-year, $24 million contract extension with the franchise, his agent KJ Smith tells ESPN. The new deal keeps Shead under contract through the 2029-30 season.

Yeah it's antisemitism. I think that it is telling that this person took issue with Mamdani pushing the good parts of Judaism while saying nothing about Mamdani's love of bagels, which have gluten and too much salt. My wife is gluten-free and I have high blood pressure, so I take this personally.

This is antisemitism. This isn’t leftism. This isn’t anti-Zionism. This isn’t progressive activism. This is just blatant antisemitism.

If Bruce Wayne was serious about cleaning up crime in Gotham City instead of dressing up as a Bat, he should spend his billions on buying DC comics and making them publish comics with less crime in them.

Buried lede: among those speaking out against this is Gregory Baylor, senior counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom, a major conservative Christian legal group: “The government shouldn’t punish people who pursue socially valuable callings just because in its judgment they don’t earn enough money.”

Trump is banning students majoring in degrees that don’t make enough money from taking out college loans. Degrees for social work, art, religious studies, teaching aides, and music will be hit the hardest. trib.al/kQdKbY1

Very anxious about posting this, but I feel strongly compelled to share. I know it’s a lot to take in for a Saturday morning and I appreciate anyone for taking the time to read it.

Very, very pleased to have someone running for Senate in Maine who is clearly good on this issue and has no personal baggage or malcontent. It gives me pause that there are people who therefore think dropping Platner was primarily about this issue, especially given Abdul's parallel unimpeded ascent.

After Benjamin Netanyahu, who I believe is a war criminal, just came and went from New York, I’ve been thinking a lot about the world my first granddaughter is about to enter.

No child should have to grow up wondering whether the next bomb is going to hit their home. No parent should have to wonder whether they can feed their kid or keep them alive. And American taxpayer dollars should not be used to keep fueling that suffering.

Susan Collins has voted again and again to send billions in military aid to Israel throughout this war. She’s part of the same broken Washington system that keeps funding these conflicts while working people here get screwed.

When I get to the United States Senate, I’m going to do everything in my power to stop the killing, get humanitarian aid to the people who need it, and stop writing blank checks for endless wars.

I've been clear where I stand since Day One, and Mainers can check my website to see where I stand.
