It isn't your business how someone is or isn't transitioned. It isn't your business how or if they access medical care, and what medical care they access. Doctors and patients should make medical decisions, not politicians or voters.

There is never a compromise you can make that will satisfy them. They will still attack you and force you to concede more. You should never concede anything to them because they want to eradicate trans people.

Bluesky is a "liberal bubble" because fascist chuds can't get traction without algorithmic assistance and because people here trained themselves to block "debate me" trybois the instant they roll up

He ends by implying that this is an easy problem to solve if we could just drop our left-wing ideology long enough to finally impose consequences on homeless people and addicts. Not only is this unconstitutional, it's also incredibly expensive! Either way we're providing housing and services.

The core argument is that cities like Seattle are so addled by left-wing ideology that they have fallen into dystopia. In reality, the city has never adequately funded harm reduction programs and continues to rely on incarceration to address homelessness. What Powell wants is what we're doing.

The anti trans crowd was outraged by this study because it included clinicians who actually practice gender affirming care. Yet another systematic review that follows Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Utah, and Louisiana that finds this care is safe and effective with rare regret.

I thought I was training this crow (I have nicknamed the crow Buddy) but it turns out Buddy has been training *me*. I’m the one who hops up when Buddy arrives cawing, and I’m the one who has learned which food Buddy prefers. And I’m ok with the arrangement 😏

🧵 In Coe v Blanche, the Department of Justice has refused to confirm to the court that parents of transgender kids are safe from federal prosecution through the use of data obtained through Grand Jury Subpoenas to NYC Gender Affirming Care providers.

It's weird the way the Democratic alleged leadership (Jeffries too) think that the party is a club with rules rather than something the voters choose. It's....undemocratic. But also didn't the voters choose these people because of their policies, not just because of Mandani?

“All of us are a little frustrated with the Democratic Party. But you don’t blow it up. That’s what MAGA has done.” - Tish James on Mamdani 👀😳
