The never-ending "tax debt" spam calls (that I'm 90% sure are spam, and 10% terrified relate to some biz fuckup) have recently alleged to be from names that are two of the characters in the novel I'm writing (one common name, one not so much), and it is weirding me the hell out

Thanks to everyone who shared their Hater Week peeves! For my own favorites, I'm torn between the takedown of Kyle Gordon (I never thought about him that hard before!) and the rant against Helena Blavatsky, which is the kind of niche religion take that is very much after my own heart.

At the risk of sounding very old I've just learned that people online call bootleg theater videos "slime tutorials," but it made me think: when I was young I feel like it wasn't that hard to get a film of a Broadway show, like they filmed a lot of them for PBS? Do they not do that anymore?
There's a counter blog to this under it: lots to hate here, of course (it's hater week!), but also some stuff to focus on for the future as well.
