Our Internet is out for the fourth time in two weeks. They reran the entire line to our house two weeks ago, but it continues to go out. Technician is trying to figure it out. No fiber option available in this neighborhood, there's only two options and both are not ideal.

It can be done! And should be done across the country! Banning no-knock warrants except for with a court order under extreme circumstances keeps people safer and does not prevent law enforcement from doing their jobs. Just from doing their jobs as thoughtlessly and dangerously.

No-knock warrants are down nearly 80% statewide thanks to the near-total ban I authored and passed in 2023. Courts can only authorize no-knock entries under extreme, life-threatening circumstances and two full years of data from the BCA show it’s working. This law is saving lives.
