it's not clear to me if the tourists i encounter around GGB and sausalito lack a theory or mind or are simply Furtive
Imagine trying to implement other social programs like this! Like replacing taxpayer-funded food stamps with an unfunded mandate that grocery stores sell 30% of their food at a loss.
Unfunded inclusionary zoning—requiring homebuilders to rent some of their new units at a loss to low-income tenants as a condition of permit approval—is a tax on new housing construction that worsens the housing shortage. It's bad, counterproductive policy that should be ended everywhere, for good.

this is simply false. kids who learn only “cursive” and not Spencerian hand will be laughed out of the room when they can’t sign their names in the Ornamental Penman’s way, much less securing employment working on ledgers at our esteemed railroad companies
It may seem strange, but cursive handwriting is a fundamental skill that all of our kids should learn. They may not get why now, but that’s how they’ll sign their very first check — or maybe even someday, a bill that gets to the Governor’s desk (trust me, you’ll want good penmanship for that).
