Vouch. Ria does really good work for the queer community. She was pretty much the most consistent voice for the entirety of that week long trans charity stream I was on a few years ago with Azeal. Shes a social worker and a therapist 🙏

I know I have some younger people that follow me and here is some history you may not be aware of regarding when the ACA (Obamacare) was being passed. Conservatives argued death panels would become a thing (ignoring that we already have those due to insurance not paying). Now there are gov ones.
