Happy 75th Anniversary to the Goon Show! It transformed my attitude towards authority, created worlds inside my head that I'm still trying to capture on paper, and taught me that there are smart jokes and silly jokes and one's not better than the other. (And sometimes they're the same joke.)
Early morning #solowargaming for the bank holiday. Practicing full fat 250pt #warcrow ahead of a game this week. The northern tribes are really mobile and hit like a freight train, but the Hegemony can take an enormous amount of punishment. And magic is verrrryyy unreliable but powerful.
Another quick #warcrow game. Second installment of the last of the Wilds mini campaign. Couldn't puzzle out what we were supposed to do with the end of round marker after each event (translation issues perhaps?) but still a good game. Getting the hang of embersig now.
And the last of my #worldoftwilight stuff (for the minute, there will definitely be more 😉) The eight foot murder lizards themselves, the Devanu!
