I dislike Art-speak. (deliberately sophisticated, abstract, often hard-to-understand language in contemporary art) Adding a minimum amount of words as a requirement for an artist statement does not help with keeping things consise : (

Open to work! 20+ yrs building across web, animation, and games. this past year mostly directing AI agents. two commercial games (one solo); six crowdfunded political-philosophy animations including a film economist Bryan Caplan called "one of the best philosophy videos I've ever seen."
using llms can mean unusually low expression of authorial intent, or unusually high expression of it. "make me a [product]" offloads labour & judgment but delegation of rote work frees time & energy which can be used to express greater degree of intent (exploration, choices, refinements)

This week we get a new Boards of Canada album *and* 868-BACK. Incredibly, Tomorrow's Harvest and 868-HACK were both released in 2013.

My process for finding Bento outputs that I like is deliberately not that efficient. I enjoy taking my time and watching the outputs appear in an animated way.
It's been a while since I last touched one of my generative art projects. Dusting off Bento to create some postcards and prints.
Often my projects don't require me to draw much and I forget how much I actually enjoy it. Some sketches for Foundling.
A full playthrough of our current prototype. Thoughts, feedback, feelings welcome. www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Qup...
