Just finished - “Grave Empire” by @richardswanauthor.bsky.social. What a book. A truly wonderful read. Imaginative and shocking at times. It certainly went harder, than I thought it would. And that’s not a bad thing. A refreshing take on magic. And devastating at the same time. Awesome.

#booksky 📚💙 📚🪐 @richardswanauthor.bsky.social just blew me away w/ this one. This book just starts and does not let up w/ the twists, turns, betrayals, epic freaking battles until the very end. And even then not really because that cliffhanger!! Highly recommend!!

The Arcane Task Force has their marching orders, so to speak. Peter and Olwin head back to the New East to recover the Spear, Renata has been sent to Casimir to convince them of the dire threat to the entire world the Vorr pose, while Lyzander and Ozolinsh stay in Sova to hopefully work within the city to stop the Great Silence while working with Yelena.
