Try to imagine any other context where a news presenter describes credible reports that soldiers have been shooting huge numbers of teenagers and children *for sport*, for fun, and a politician gives this reaction.

I'd just like to point out how weird it is that places with hundreds or even thousands of reporters — the NYT, WaPo, CBS, NBC, AP, etc. — are all getting pummeled on every major story by the dozen computerboys at Wired. To fumble the bag this consistently is, at some point, cowardice and a choice.

Somehow this Barca team reminds me of kids who are really young when they learn to ski? They have no inherent fear or sense of danger. They just go. Meanwhile, we're all so traumatized by what's happened in the past that we fear everything?
