Beshear on McConnell: "I'm concerned. I get that we all have a right to privacy for our health, but when you run for an office like mine or Sen. McConnell's you answer to the voters. If you're in the hospital for an entire month, you owe it to the people who elected you to give them an update."

@hankgreen.bsky.social Based on the "ufo's are demons" video I REALLY think you'd be interested in reading my bachelor's thesis about the fundamental reactive problems of democracy and I have no idea how you'd possibly want to receive that (via email probably but idk where to send it?).

I know, I know, but: The president of the US saying, literally, "we're going in" in reference to sending the military to an American city for no reason beyond terrorizing the local population should be the most immediately impeachable shit imaginable

Virginia Giuffre was first trafficked by Epstein in 2001. Within one year, Trump would tell NY Magazine of Epstein, "It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side." Meaning he clearly knew who Epstein was and STILL exposed these girls to him.

Trump admits that Jeffrey Epstein “stole” young girls from him at Mar-a-Lago’s “spa” and brought them into his child sex trafficking ring. This includes Virginia Giuffre who died by suicide in April.

What sounds more plausible? "My best friend and I stopped speaking to each other because he hired away a random low-level employee who worked at the spa I owned." "My best friend and I stopped speaking to each other because he wanted the exact same girl I wanted and he stole her away from me."

I love that Charlie Kirk is somehow trying to spin Trump saying that Jeffrey Epstein "stole" Virginia Giuffre from him and that's what ended their friendship -- and even this spin job looks absolutely terrible for Trump.

Mockler: If tariffs worked, Trump wouldn't have to gaslight the American people about who paid the tariff in the first place.

REPORTER: What kind of message do you think it sends to voters in your party that you have still not endorsed the party nominee for mayor in your home city, in your home state? HAKEEM JEFFRIES: We had a constructive & a candid & a community-centered meeting...we agreed at that meeting to reconvene

One of the most important patterns of the past few decades that has to break is the idea that you only get one shot to stop a crook and if they have the numbers that day, you have to take the L forever, the crook is now a respectable official.

They can be impeached. And, should Bove be confirmed — which he should not be — he should immediately be the subject of an impeachment inquiry should Dems retake Congress. He should not be a federal judge due to his actions at DOJ. That does not change if he is confirmed.
