Hey so the meds are helping me btw Not as much as I’d like sometimes but they are helping me. More than lexapro did. Waaaay more than Prozac did. The OCD is still there but I don’t feel it in my body so much now if that makes sense? Obsessive thoughts but without the physical panic attached.
