@raginglevine.com, both pointers in the CR for Anchor Word are currently pointing at the wrong rule. The anchor word glossary entry and rule 607.2m both have "See rule 614.12b." but the anchor word rule is 614.12c. I wasn't sure where else to point this, sorry.
