Nothing, the Trump administration says can be trusted If a job report is good it’s bad If the jobs report is bad, it’s cataclysmically bad They don’t know how not to lie Our economy is fucked unless you’re a billionaire in which case your love and life on your fourth yacht

Many of you are asking how you can help me. My only ask is this: Spread the word about the threats to democracy and how we can fight back. Tell everyone to subscribe to Democracy Docket and share its content. demdock.com/4w6emld
What if? The 30% of people who still support Trump cannot overwhelm the 70% of us who despise him What if the 70% shows up to vote? It won’t matter how many districts they gerrymander they will get annihilated. We’re putting them all in prison
A TV talkshow host running the Pentagon? A podcaster running the FBI? A kook with no medical background running the National Institute of Health? A home builder with no intelligence as Director of National Intelligence? Gamers as air traffic controllers? This is not a serious administration.
When these guys are involved, nothing or no one is “coming,” I assure you.
Peter Navarro tells Steve Bannon the evidence that the 2020 election was rigged is coming this week 😆
Iran is now publicly talking about what I’ve been saying since this war started: They’re trying to Jimmy Carter him, and he’s letting it happen while telling everyone he’s winning.
People of Clacton! Show your support for me by putting a bin outside your house, one day this week, of a colour of Tendring Council's choice. This will be unequivocal proof of the success of my campaign.
Blatant robbery. Direct transfer of wealth from the people to corporations. The inflation is all intentional.
BlueSky is one of the best places to connect to experts who work on climate change. Honest-to-god scientists, engineers, policy wonks, journalists, investors, and more who know their stuff and generously share their work with the world for free. Here are some of my favorites: go.bsky.app/Q4Uo8vV
When the banks needed help, they called it “stabilizing the economy.” When airlines needed help, they called it “protecting jobs.” When corporations got tax breaks, they called it “pro-growth.” When working people need health care? “SOCIALISM.”
If we pile more debt on younger generations to provide Trump with an even bigger arsenal of missiles and weapons than the one he just burned through shooting them off all over the world, what do you think he is going to do with them? Stockpile them for the next president?

Folks from the Women's March have been arrested at the Capitol for protesting ICE. Shout out to the women who are putting their lives and livelihoods on the line to get their message out: ABOLISH ICE.
Reform folks: Milkshake thrown on Farage: shocking Biting a policewoman: not violent
Probably legitimate concerns eh? A Reform councillor said "There were some skirmishes, it was a spirited protest but I didn't see any violence" but a female police officer was bitten www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

This made me wince "Writing exclusively for the Clacton Reformer, Farage argues that, "Since the day I was elected, the British establishment has been trying every dirty trick to destroy me and Reform UK & silence the millions who support us across the country" He's literally said that 1000 times!
Just been sent this. Reform are doing the fake newspaper thing in Clacton... "CLACTON IS the cockpit of British politics this summer, after Reform UK leader Nigel Farage resigned as our local MP and called the most important by-election Essex has ever seen."
Dearie me. This is 🇺🇸 second in command.
Vance: I’ve had moments where I felt the presence of God. A friend and I were talking about Christianity and there was this moment where a glass fell off the wall. I think an atheist would dismiss that, but it felt like God was trying to send me a message. #cdnpoli
With a by-election imminent, don't news channels who chose to stream that Farage press event have to give equal time to @countbinface.bsky.social now?
Left: Nigel Farage with a document reading, "Keeping criminals behind bars" Right: Nigel Farage with his close political ally Nathan Gill who and jailed for 10½ years after admitting he took around £40,000 in bribes for making pro-Russian statements and parliamentary interventions.

I know these are 2024 voters, not people who support those parties today, but you still have to wonder about the 7-11% of people who voted Green, Labour or Lib Dem last time and would now prefer Farage to Burnham. It's my belief that about 10% of the electorate is incomprehensible
Yes. There’s a lot to hate about it. Including rightwing media (eg the Times) publishing the results like some kind of ‘you see, we told you people were worried about immigration’ gotcha-moment, rather than admitting that they have been part of the relentless effort to make sure people were worried.
