Mixed news from Congress on science budgets for NASA, NSF, NOAA and NIST. Like last year, Congress looks like it will rebuff Trump administration's major cuts. On the other hand, Congress still proposes some downsizing—and does not appear to be taking action about OMB. My reporting:
