The explosion in Moscow may have killed a Russian major general.

#Zelensky revises toll to 17 murdered and 44 injured by #Russia attacks on and near #Kyiv "Ballistic missile interceptors could have saved lives of those killed today. Very important that our partners understand that delays in supplying them lead directly to horrific casualties and destruction"

18+ Eight people were killed at Kvitneva station in the Brovary district of Kyiv region. The train was delayed, and at the same time, Russian forces began shelling the area. The status of three other people is still unclear, and 12 are currently in hospital.
1 killed, 15 injured in Kyiv. 14 killed, 27 injured in Kyiv oblast. Hell.
As payback the huge Wildberries hub South of Moscow is being destroyed this morning. This company and main Russian delivery system is now almost fully of the map, with financial, economic and logistical consequences for the entire country.
A massive column of smoke rises from the Wildberries logistics hub in Aleksin. The warehouse has burned out completely.
THIS IS RUSSIA: 1. Hunting single civilians with drones in Kherson. 2. Using massive cluster munitions over residential areas in Kyiv. Russia is a barbaric state that needs to be stopped. That is what our Patriot stockpiles were literally designed for. Supply Ukraine! #Patriots
Kyiv 🤬🤬🤬
2026 will be the globally tied hottest year on record (with 2024) and 2027 will smash that record. Everyone denying the reality of climate change is an utter imbecile. A simple look at a reliable(!) global temperature graph is all it takes, as presented below:
I'm not sure folks have realized just how crazy the second half of 2026 and 2027 will be for global temperatures – on the back of a record-smashing El Niño event. Here is my latest estimate of where both years will end up compared to global temperatures since 1850.
"There is no one more cowardly, vile, and utterly pathetic than Putin." A resident of Vladivostok called on Russians to appeal to the Ukrainian government and to anyone "who can help free Russia from the despicable regime that has seized the country and held onto power for a quarter of a century."
Seriously, again: another day, another Wildberries in flames. This is the mega-hub (154,000 m2) naar Saint Petersburg (Leningrad region). Wildberries as a whole is toast by now...
„BING“! - und hier haben wir die Bestätigung, dass nun auch das Wildbeeren-Lager in Krasny Bor (Rote Tanne) keine Lieferungen mehr versenden wird.
The Moroccan government confirmed that the Ceuta migration wave was organized and amplified through social media. A similar campaign is currently being run on TikTok, where people from Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iraq are being encouraged to migrate through Belarus to EU via the Baltic states. 1/2
Another morning, another burning Wildberries hub. An especially nice strike, considering this one lies some 200 km behind Moscow.
The 175,000-square-metre Wildberries logistics hub in Khryastovo, Vladimir region, was struck this morning. The fire is only beginning and has not yet engulfed the massive warehouse complex.
1/7 In his latest video, Danish military analyst @anderspucknielsen.dk delivers a stark message about European defense: Europe does not need an army built to instantly defeat Russia, but one structured to survive the opening shock of a high-intensity, attritional war
So apart from the heavily burning Saratov refinery, Ukraine also again struck the refinery in Ufa, after it already suffered damage yesterday. Plus another Wildberries hub gone = huge economic payback in one night 👍
Two refineries (Saratov and Ufimsky) as well as the Wildberries facility in Saratov struck. It was an extremely costly night for Russia. This does not even include the Russian battlefield losses.
A drone attack has sparked a major fire at Wildberries' 178,600-square-meter logistics center in Novosemeykino, Russia's Samara region.
Last night, Russian ballistic missiles killed at least 9 people in Kyiv, some while they were running to air raid shelters. Do you know what stops ballistic missiles? Patriot interceptors. Refusing to supply or license Patriots is a choice that costs more Ukrainian lives.
Such responses are the desired outcome as this morning yet another Wildberries hub is ablaze (Volgograd). Putin now seems trapped in his own propaganda lines and Russians know Ukraine is just defending itself. PS also interesting other attacks this morning: Wildberries, Ozon & oil targets
Checking back in on the Wildberries fire in Volgograd tonight. Gotta love this video as a local says "Thanks Putin" for saving Russia!
John Mearsheimer has started a new YouTube channel, and he has gotten almost 80k subscribers in two days. It boggles the mind. Few people have been so consistently wrong about the war in Ukraine as Mearsheimer, and yet, people are still lining up to hear his takes.
Some really encouraging Senate polls… 📍Georgia 🔵 Jon Ossoff: 56% 🔴 Mike Collins: 43% 📍North Carolina 🔵 Roy Cooper: 53% 🔴 Michael Whatley: 44% 📍Ohio 🔵 Sherrod Brown: 53% 🔴 Jon Husted: 45% 📍Iowa 🔵 Josh Turek: 50% 🔴 Ashley Hinson: 46% Keep organizing. Keep fighting.
Update: not three, but FOUR Wildberries hubs struck in just two days: Ryazan, Penza, Sarapul AND Perm. (Also two oil refineries.) Wildberries Perm (1500 km from Ukrainian border) is currently burning, the other three are fully destroyed.
I know it's confusing after yesterday's succesful strike on the Wildberries hub in RYAZAN, but this morning TWO additional Wildberries hubs are fully ablaze: 1. PENZA (~700km from Ukrainian border) 2. SARAPUL (~twice that distance). That company will soon be gone, further crippling Putin's economy.

The Wildberries logistics hub in Sarapul burns after the attack. 1200km from the frontline.
Apart from all the extreme weather one other thing is certain: 2027 will shatter the global temperature record, as the (by far) hottest year. And that may have global political consequences as well.
The latest Nino 3.4 data. Yesterday's Nino 3.4 sea-surface temperature set the 60th consecutive daily record high for the Nino 3.4 region, and was 0.83°C higher than the previous record for July 28th, which came at the start of the 1997/98 El Nino.
For those who like a nice #infographic, here's an overview of Russia's oil refineries, their relative size, distance from the Ukrainian border and how many times, when & how severely they were struck:
+🔥Perm
After an approximately 1,700 km-long flight, this is exactly the spot where you want to hit the oil refinery 👌, which ranks as Russia's 8th largest. So together with Ryazan that looks like three succesful strikes this morning 👍
🔥Perm. AVT-5, which is burning.

EXCLUSIVE: Iran to get Chinese shoulder-launched missile systems in weeks, sources say
Iran is expected to receive within weeks a first shipment out of up to 400 Chinese-made air-defence missile launchers.

Removing the Russian economy from underneath the war, one big step at a time. Or in this case two steps, as in the same attack the oil refinery of Ryazan was also struck. 👌
The Wildberries logistics hub in Ryazan, Russia, is basically gone. There is nothing to salvage here.
Moscow wakes up to another smoke-filled sky (of choice, since they started the war - and could have had peace & prosperity). I wonder if this burning factory also produced components to repair oil refineries. That would be another nice bottleneck!
Drone strikes hit the Gidrostalkonstruktsiya plant in Russia's Moscow region, which manufactures hydraulic and power plant components.
