Yesterday I had a very weird feeling of being extremely fatigued despite getting a pretty normal amount of rest, nutrients, etc. I was moving in slow motion & struggled to even stay awake. This morning my period started. I’m on birth control, so I didn’t realize earlier. Yep, it was PMDD.

I am a solar powered sprite!! I have gotten better about using sunscreen and hats, etc, to protect my skin, but I do try to get outside as much as possible. I track outdoor time as an important wellness metric for myself and I’ve cracked 300 hours already this year. ☀️

The shop did *not* have milkweed, despite what they said, so I picked up mountain mint that I planted this morning instead. I also filled in some bare spots in my wildflower section with new seeds! And as always: tree of heaven removal. Next time we get a good rain, I’m digging up roots.
