In Massachusetts, we have a responsibility to protect the vulnerable and stand up for those who need it. We don’t throw trans kids under the bus for political points. We protect them—and all of our neighbors—because trans rights are human rights.

After watching a bunch of TikToks about service animals it is apparent to me that the vast majority of people have no idea what the law actually is, what can be asked about a service animal, what paperwork or identifying gear is required (none), and a whole lot else.
