The grim truth about running a publicly available informatics resource is that user feedback in rarely helpful. Most of it is a very thinly veiled attempt to get you to do work for the correspondent on their boutique project so that they don't have to do it themselves.

#proteomics_101 Why is it difficult/impossible to represent a negation in biomedical research ontologies, e.g., GO or PSI-MOD? For example, why is it challenging to represent the experimental finding that protein X is not a nuclear protein or that X is not a phosphoprotein?
