So, hey, @spryfox.bsky.social's title, Spirit Crossing, sadly does in fact use GenAI. Dev's have confirmed as much in their Discord. There is a Claude file in the game files for the playtest that started a conversation about it, and sadly, that will be the end of it for me. I'm heartbroken...

It could be really bad for Discord if Californians contact the office of the Attorney General to report the potential violations of CCPA and CALOPPA citing the recent breach from a few months back where 1.5tb of user data and millions of IDs were leaked, but who can say for sure?

Thinking about how bsky has the most horrible setting turned on by default that says "i don't want to see any other languages except English" and if no one tells you to put it on "no selection" you straight up won't see posts from people set to different languages on your TL.

Libby was perfectly good without AI. Now they shoehorned it in when no one wanted it. And relying on publishers/authors to self-proclaim any AI use? People who use a tool made from stolen works already aren't truthful so why would they admit it?
