The shaman of Bad Dürrenberg are the remains of a 25-35 year old woman, who was buried 8600 to 9000 year ago in Germany. Around her, were the remains of an extraordinary head-dress, made from the bones and teeth of different animals such as deer, wild boar, crane and turtle.

Season one of this series was perfect. Season two was a mess, but mainly because there was a writers' strike. Among its many virtues, it collected 35mm color film of a lot of pre-1960s Chicago-area architecture and design treasures that were torn down 5 to 10 years after the series was canceled.
