There’s really only 2 questions that matter now. Are you a liberal? Are you willing to fight for liberal democracy? You can be DSA, normie lib, Bulwark conservative, or anyone else repulsed by the GOP’s corruption, anti-Constitutionalism, and authoritarianism…and not willing to look past it.

I am economically WAY far to the right of the standard Democratic Party establishment centrist but because I actually mean my liberal views, in 2026 and 2028 I will support an anti-Trumpism fighter even if they’re a socialist. Of course I’d be happier with centrist fighters.
I think maybe the secret to youth development in the US is to have them watch this Spain team play for 50 hours/week. My god it's perfect soccer.

Richard Deitsch@richarddeitsch.bsky.social · 4w agoThe Argentina-Cabo Verde viewership number is incredible. That number tops every 2025 World Series game except Games 6 and 7 and would beat every college football regular season game last year except Michigan-Ohio State and Texas-Ohio State.
It appears there's a whole lotta people out here who thought only people they liked also cared about their favorite sports team.
