£324,233 the average amount Councils have to pay for every one of the more than 50,000 children in private care. £80,000 the amount of profit they take per child which is never spent on anything. This con is one of the reasons Council have no money.

Nigel Farage just took a question from a 'journalist' at his press conference, who turned out to be his former chief adviser Raheem Kassam, who asks him why the media are being so unfair to him

Michelle Mone owes £188m to the Government, in the last 9 months nothing has been done to collect it. If you owed £188, they would have fined you thousands of pounds and sent the bailiffs round. For the rich they do nothing.

Faithful representation of the interview…..more importantly, this is a really important by election, called by Farage for no good reason - Count Binface is the face now of the anti Farage movement. It’s Bin Day in Clacton.

Voting without knowing. GOOD Journalism could REALLY play a part here. After all excellent and accurate comms should be a mark of its quality and effectiveness. Not just giving headlines to bad actors for clicks. And there is a real loss in good quality local journalism here.

Just met a Reform UK voting couple who had no idea that it opposed: Recent rise in the minimum wage End of the two-child benefit cap Expansion of free school meals, free breakfast clubs Help with school uniforms Horrified that they would lose big from Reform How many others voted without knowing?

Still proud to have our Labour government this morning with Keir Starmer as PM. They were elected for a 5 year term, to start the job of renewing and rebuilding our country. They are most certainly getting on with that and we are seeing the benefits now. 1/2

However you dice it, it’s been a great night for Thai-based cryptocurrency billionaires & Vladimir Putin - who, incredibly, is currently getting more good news from the UK than Ukraine.
