Child poverty has fallen in Scotland - whilst rising sharply in the UK. Absolute child poverty in Scotland fell from 23% to 17% - the lowest figure in 30 years. SNP Scottish Government policies are working to deliver on our top priority of eradicating child poverty.

Too many commentators/media reports still accepting UKG line that cuts to PIP are about helping people back to work. PIP is a recognition of the additional costs of a disability/long term condition. It is NOT related to being in or out of work.
