A big part of Cycle Toronto's case hinged on "the government says it's removing bike lanes to ease congestion but there's no evidence removing bike lanes eases congestions". The Court basically ruled "all that matters is the government BELIEVES it to be true, not if it's true"

Our postal carrier just dropped off a package. It's the first time I've ever seen him wearing a mask. My spouse just texted me that it looks like something out of Blade Runner from the 25th floor. If you have to be outside, wear a mask.
