metasignal also ships itmc, an experimental information-theoretic metacognition module: meta-I, meta-Ir1, meta-Ir1_acc, meta-Ir2, RMI (Dayan, 2023; Rausch et al., 2025). Included today, not a roadmap item. Cross-validated against R's statConfR to machine precision (r = 1.0000).

The project was inspired and is connected to our now widely used "Effect size and confidence intervals guide" (matthewbjane.quarto.pub) that was an amazing effort by Matt and Qinyu, and a group of statisticians, and we're hoping to do more versions of in the upcoming years.
