Israel offers equal rights to all its citizens, regardless of religion or ethnicity. Israel may be a Jewish homeland, but non-Jews are welcome too. If that's still too much of an ethnostate for you, tell ya what: how about you go after ethnostates starting with the ones most hostile to "outsiders".
