I haven't seen the actual executive budget but it sounds like the Mayor is holding the budget flat. So maybe close to the FY26 actual budget. So no actual increase in funding. Not close to 0.5% and perhaps not keeping up with inflation either. Once we see the actual budget, we'll see what's what.
