My current #BedsideReads #TBR * Visual Thinking by Temple Grandin * The Marriage of a Thousand Lies by SJ Sindu I loved Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Women doing extraordinary work in a male-dominated field. After a career in policing/forensic photography, the themes felt very close to home!

#CSIWritingTips I’ve noticed that crime #writers often overlook smells in their crime scenes, but they’re such an important part of every investigation. Smells, whether it’s decomp, chemicals, or something else, tell the CSI team so much about what has happened. Don’t leave them out! #CrimeFiction
