Watching @ryyudo.bsky.social give their summary of Nioh 2 brought up some really good points about how I feel about soulslikes. I bounced off of Dark Souls 1 and haven't tried the rest of the series, but the Koei "souls-ish" games like Nioh and Dynasty Warriors: Origins are games I ADORE.
