pretty pleased with how dino movement is coming together. no physics, no IK, no path post-processing. Just simple A* pathfinding, some additive head/tail bend animations, and a looot of carefully tweaked code lol youtu.be/GtXeTjHmBRo

A (somewhat simplified) look at the light baking in Compound Fracture. All entirely custom, vertex based, and completely separate from Unity's light baking.

[putting on my "big brain" hat] Star fox characters are meant to look kinda weird and uncanny because I'm pretty sure they're based on British marionette sci-fi shows like Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet
