I have used AI for many things. It's great for brainstorming, when I had a broken wrist it was decent at reducing the number of keystrokes I had to type. When I know it's not socially appropriate to ask a question, AI is there for me. This is silly though. My job would be just fine.

A first year above 2C in the mid-2030s now looks plausible. 0.5C was first passed in 1980, 1.0C in 2010 and 1.5C in 2024. The 15-year trend runs at 0.42C per decade. The 2026 and 2027 points for the current El Nino are estimates. We're not remotely ready!

"Was missing school during COVID rough for kids?" Yeah, for sure. It would, likewise, be rough for them to miss school because the building was on fire. It would be likewise ridiculous to argue that they should have *returned* to the burning building to avoid negative educational outcomes.

Councillor Holyday uses his laptop to show off the operating area for Pearson compared to the island airport area. He argues that the island airport's area is mostly over the water. His point, I think, is that he believes expanding the island airport would affect fewer people than expanding Pearson.
