Unsurprising we lack research on transfemme menopause. Few transsexual women have lived long enough to track hormonal changes into midlife. After a year+ of feeling miserable I finally convinced my PCP to increase my estrogen and prescribe low dose T. Both levels were well below cis women of my age.

He thinks if we’re at war he can suspend elections. He thinks he can claim protest is insurrection and postpone elections. He thinks he can lie about fraud or foreign interference to federalize elections. He thinks he can take our IDs but require them for elections. It’s always been about elections.

I told myself, just do one thing every day to prove to yourself that you’re not giving up. Now, if I do that thing in the morning, wtf else am I supposed to do all day?

This Epstein drop is HUGE and utterly disgusting. I don’t see how this man is allowed to remain in office. Where are the evangelical leaders, the soccer moms, the folks stocking up on eggs, the farmers, the small business owners. Decide. Who are you?

The funny thing about a certain type of angry conspiracy guy is that they’re literally being confronted with an elite paedophile ring and a tyrannical government at the same time right now, and because it isn't being done by the people they wanted it to be done by they’re all being pussies about it

Stop everything. Make a plan. Friday is a day of collective power and it only works if we all take part. Go to a protest or stay home and call your electeds. Volunteer with a service org or spend time with your family or faith community. ANYTHING but work, school, or shopping. Show up America!

My spiritual practice asks me to cultivate non-duality in my thinking. These times test my resolve and I must decide whether to feed the beast of my rage or nurture the better angels of compassion. But even that choice enforces duality. Two truths exist, I am compassionate and I am full of rage.

Place an online order from some of the small businesses that will be closed! Closing for even one day is a big risk for some of them. E.g., order books from our local publishers: bsky.app/profile/port... Full list of business closures: bringmethenews.com/minnesota-li...

Dear #BookSky Minneapolis has an absolutely incredible literary culture. In fact, three of the most important small presses call the city home; Coffeehouse Press, Graywolf, and Milkweed. There are also a ton of great bookstores in the Twin Cities. So here's the assignment...
