Kind of mad to be a conscious being and having to witness the slow destruction of our own surrounding environment, knowing it’s happening, feeling it happen over the years, and just having to be like “god I hope someone does something about this at some point“
big respect for Wenger dusting off the old "I didn't see the incident" about Infantino's plans www.bbc.co.uk/sport/footba...
Some people I know are friends with a Times journo who left one of our shared whatsapp groups when someone posted that Liddle died and a number of people gave a thumbs up.
Such sad news about Horrible McBastard, such a brave voice in this polarised time. I just hope if you've spent your whole life being a horrible bastard that you might not want people to be mean to you when you die #bekind
Many journalists and commentators revealing their biggest fear is to die and then be absolutely rinsed on social media for being cunts

"Unique talent for finding the thing that was obviously true but supposedly unsayable", like being paedophile isn't bad, and being a teacher would be too hard because you'd want to have sex with the children
This whole incident is helpfully instructive, isn’t it. Here, we have the country’s worst politicians, including a former Prime Minister, queuing up to salute a bold iconoclast who irreverently spoke truth to power and discomfited the great and good. It makes it pretty clear, does it not.
I remember one time when some journo cunt died (who had literally killed his fucking wife) and all the other journo cunts on twitter started eulogising him like he was a great and lovely man, even when it was pointed out he had killed his wife. Now to check the reaction to Rod Liddle dying
I wish there was a single politician willing to say we need more immigrants here in the UK, immigration is a fundamental freedom and good in-itself, and we should accept all migrants as new neighbours and fellow children of god, as the nominal official religion of this country supposedly preaches
"Sinking in Polls, Farage Plans Week of Attacks on Immigration" Reform plan to make next week Immigration Week It could finally be the moment for broadcast media to notice the > 75% drop in net migration since 2024. There is also a 42% drop in boat crossings
Every five days, a mosque is attacked in the UK. How many of them have you heard about? How many of them made the nightly news? At least 70 attacks in the past year alone. www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026...
One UK mosque attacked ‘every five days’, says British Muslim Trust
More than 70 attacks have been recorded over past year, including acts of violence, property damage and vandalism

I don't have any hope for Burnham at all in terms of actual change but politics seems to be mostly 'vibes' now, and he has enough whatever that is to appeal to a much broader base than Starmer did, while Farage's vibes seem awful right now and don't seem to be getting any better
i think we should call dressing like an obvious nonce to deflect accusations of obvious noncery "savilling"
I know it’s not the point when he’s getting arrested for horrific crimes but it is mad that’s how Andrew Tate actually dresses
It's another tough defeat to take but you know what? I'm actually proud of the boys. They put a real shift in, regardless of the result. Best thing to do is to dust themselves off and get ready to debate whether supporting England is OK from a left wing point of view for the Euros in 2 years time
Hey guys meta announced a new policy where they send a killer to get you so be sure to go to settings>my account > killer> disable killer to turn that off
I'm yet to see a single columnist or talking head or party mouthpiece note that Labour directly told the left to fuck off and never come back. Not just Starmer either. How many political cohorts have ever been directly told "there will never be a place for you here"? Not many.
I’d ask: what have they done to deserve a fair hearing, rather than dismissal? Not much yet. They might do better, but people are correct to be hostile towards politicians who spent years actively insulting and defaming them, while laughing with journos about how awesome it is to fuck then over.
Surely can't be too many more of these summers before people start realising there's a serious, urgent problem that needs addressing
