It wasn't a bad take. It was gentle criticism from a trans woman, and valid, and she's the one paying the price for it. Please listen to trans people, and no, I'm not talking about whatever pick me trans friend who told you that publicly supporting transphobic media without reflection is a-ok.

Calling out NYT, is not, a bad take. How fucking dare you. Also your snarky reply, shows that your allyship is conditonal, performative, and utterly meaningless if you're utterly unwilling to listen to the people you claim to want to fight for.
