Just saw the GTA6 extended preview. Feels like my PS5 has just been a PS4 Pro the whole time, and that look at GTA6 doesn't make the upgrade feel any more worth it. Maybe modern gaming has passed me by? DOES feel like I've traded it for books, writing and pinball lately. I won that trade though.
10 years ago this piece would’ve been about “walking simulators” and it would’ve been wrong. 20 years ago, it would’ve been about The Sims and it would’ve been wrong then too.

Since it's been announced that EA's new owners are planning to auction off EA IP assets (something I thought would take at least a year before they got to that point), I want to point something out: a lot of stuff is going to go for a lot less money than you think.
Maybe I'm a sucker for well-executed gentrification, and I still love Kansas City. But I'm currently on a trip to Minneapolis to meet friends and this place makes KC feel 20 years behind. Yet I feel that when I go to Wichita. So many businesses and buildings that feel like KC is way behind on.

Oh, IGN out here posting straight lies. Yes, the best one is the one with: - A broken ass traffic-checking system that makes even the hardest races a snooze. - Every course feeling like an industrial park at 7 PM. - An unquestionably not-as-good-as-3 soundtrack - A completely ruined Crash mode
I'd argue that, for the metrics, it's vastly MORE important that viewers turn this off. There's more viewers than streamers, so even if every streamer turned this off, if viewers don't, the executives can still claim that "most users don't care" and cram it down our throats even harder. Opt out.
