It's been ages since I went on Freesound. Good to be back. Why does it looks gross and Modern now.

Fellow friends of audio drama! This is an awesome initiative aimed at encouraging people to consider financially supporting their favourite audio stories and storytellers. There are some all-time greats in this lineup and, frankly, getting their work this cheap is a damn good deal. Spread the word!
The Smelt store is now open for business: if 5,000 of you are willing to chip in £10 plus fees each, we can make some brilliant things Leadmojo.co.uk/smelt

Sound Design: an easy excuse for why you can't listen to a voice note while actively participating in a text conversation and are therefore demonstrably available.
"Kindred Spirits", the new animated feature film project by Tomm Moore & Cartoon Saloon (Secret of Kells, Song of the Sea, Wolfwalkers). To be pitched at Cartoon Movie 2026 festival.

I finished writing a full season of audio drama! I've been working on it for a good while, so I'm very happy to have it all finished even though I probably won't produce it anytime soon given. The state of things. Looking forward to deciding what writing project I'll work on next!
I've been way behind on @theameliaproject.bsky.social for a while, but I finally finished catching up today! And it seems just in time, too. Excited to hear where we go from here!
