I tend to throw on a streaming mix of music while I work. Often my mood leans toward gothy nostalgia. Unfortunately, this means a certain individual pops up inevitably throughout the day. Zach is constantly amused by exasperated shouts of “Shut up, Morrissey!” coming from my office.
Was talking to a friend about how Oregon has a lot of towns that share names with other places. I kind of love that and discover a new one every few weeks. Today I was curious and learned there is a “Paris, OR”. That film would hit differently!
This guy can’t even handle lettuce and he wants to lecture us about doing too much to save lives at the start of a pandemic that killed over one million Americans.

I worked for New York’s largest medical center at the start of the pandemic. There were morgue trucks on the streets. They set up emergency medical tents in Central Park. Healthcare worker colleagues died. It is horrific that RFK Jr is on national TV lying that ICUs were empty.
