Last month I saw Grubes tear it up at a folk punk festival nearby. Afterward they came over to my house with my co-host and bosom pal Greg. We had beers and talked all night in my backyard. We sang along to Rosey playing Specials songs on the piano as the sun came up. Still high on it. Best night.

Most of the time I think alternate/deluxe/bonus editions ruin a vision of what an album was. The main exception to this was Katzenjammer inserting "Demon Kitty Rag" into the North American version of Le Pop. Now it's joined by "Tulsa, OK" on the vinyl version of Vince Staple's Cry Baby. Holy shit.
