Hey - let’s stop associating prosperity purely through an economic / GDP lens. It excludes value created by individuals and Civic Social Organisations (volunteering and mutual aid) which limits overview. We’re now in a faux life or death tech race to produce things despite longer term harms.

I support cities ripping their Flock cameras out but I lowkey think a huge part of why cops have been largely okay with cities abandoning it is that the service is effectively a honeypot to entrap domestic abuser cops into leaving a paper trail of their crimes.
