One of the fire lookouts, Flag Point, I love in mt hood national forest has burned down due to a wildfire. It was on the list of historic landmarks. I hope they will rebuild it but I don’t think there are plans to. I fear there may be a time when there are no fire lookouts left.

This sandstone formation is identified as Castle Butte, located in the Valley of the Gods in Utah.It is part of the Bears Ears National Monument, a region known for dramatic rock spires and buttes sculpted by erosion.
